Acceptance of Terms. By using https://twomenatwork.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services. Two Men at Work provides Landscape Designer, Landscape Design Service, Deck Builder, Screen Room Installation, Retaining Wall Builder, Retaining Wall Construction, Roof Framing Service, Driveway Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Two Men at Work or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://twomenatwork.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Two Men at Work makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Two Men at Work arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Two Men at Work harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. MS law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MS.

Updates. Two Men at Work reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
